LACCC Interim President & CEO

Manuel Rey is the Interim President & CEO of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte (LACCC), an organization dedicated to promoting the economic development of Latino-owned businesses and professionals in Charlotte. With over 27 years of experience in financial services and philanthropy, Manuel brings a wealth of leadership expertise. He holds a law degree and a master's degree in public administration from UNC Charlotte and is an award-winning speaker on leadership, business management, and diversity.

Under his leadership, LACCC continues to empower its growing membership through programs, events, and services that support both Latino and non-Latino businesses. The Chamber is also spearheading the development of Spark Centro, an economic hub designed to foster workforce development and entrepreneurship in Charlotte.
