Our goal is to offer a sustainable bilingual platform of services to Latino entrepreneurs
and professionals to empower them and engage them in the community.

Connecting & Networking

We offer our members, sponsors and guests the ability to expand their network base and professional outreach through our multiple networking events.  Some of these events are complementary to our members or with a member discount. These events are offered on a regular basis, and in some cases, vary in location to increase visibility into a growing diverse Charlotte Metro Area.


  • Bi-Monthly Luncheons (3rd Wednesday, every other month)

Empowering & Acculturating

At the LACCC, we truly believe in empowering our community by encouraging our entrepreneurs and professionals at every level, to develop their leadership and business skills. We partner with community educators and other local partnerships, to offer several programs that vary in duration from 1-2 months, throughout the year to reinforce this growth.

Mentoring & Access

As identified in our mission statement, we are here to, “foster the economic growth of and development of the Latin American business community”. We achieve this by building bridges between our member and sponsors, as well as in connecting our Latino and Non-Latino partners in helping each other achieve strategic goals.

Retooling / Growing

Similar to Leadership and Empower programs, we offer programs on a monthly basis to help individuals establish solid education foundations to assist in launching, retooling and growing their businesses. The programs offered give insight into some of the fundamentals in starting and operating a business.
