Currently serve as the Sr. Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Manager for Compass Group under the Foodbuy Sector. Serve as corporate liaison with NMSDC, WBENC, Rainbow PUSH, USPAACC, ACDBE, State, and City certifying organizations. Develop continuing education classes for Foodbuy and Compass Group associates to increase awareness of diversity initiatives. Mentor and develop key suppliers to support business needs. Generate reporting and tracking tools to measure spend and compliance as required by corporate clients. Partner with sales, account management, category management teams, and SAG teams across the organization in preparing sales proposals, drafting contractual diversity language, and drafting RFP responses for client retention and new business. Recognized in 2019 as an All Star of Supplier Diversity by MBN Magazine. Known in 2018 as Top 25 Diversity Women in Power by Diversity Plus, Inc. Responsible for the 2018 & 2019 Compass nomination and award for the Top 50 Omni by Omnikal for the support and inclusion of multi-cultural businesses. Recognized in 2005 as Top 25 Diversity Professionals in DiversityMBA. Serve on numerous boards and committees to engage in community related initiatives.
