Nancy Rosado joined the City of Charlotte’s Neighborhood and Business Services Department in March 2009 as the Small Business Opportunity (SBO) Program Manager. In this position, Nancy leads the City’s implementation efforts of the SBO Policy, which promotes the economic growth and development of the Charlotte Regional Area’s small businesses. Nancy is also responsible for the City’s outreach efforts and for supporting City leaders to achieve their small business and supplier diversity goals.
Prior to joining the City of Charlotte, Nancy served as Executive Director of a New Jersey non-profit community based organization where she oversaw ninety staff members and a budget of $6 million encompassing programs in early childhood education and child care, youth development, social services to families and individuals, housing counseling, home energy assistance and weatherization services, client advocacy, translation, and community development activities.
Nancy earned a Masters in Business Administration from Rider University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
